Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the buyer agrees to pay the received products by transferring the funds to the current account with a postponement of not less than 45 (forty-five) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days after the actual receipt of the product, provided Invoices and quality certificates. Invoices are provided to the buyer within 5 days after shipment of the products. By agreement of the Parties, other forms of settlement are possible, including the transfer of bills, implementation of counter-delivery, etc.
