Payment terms:the buyer undertakes to pay the received products by transferring the funds to the current account with a delay of not less than 45 (forty five) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days after the actual receipt of the products, provided Invoices and quality certificates. Invoices are provided to the buyer within 5 days after shipment of the products. According to the agreement of the parties other forms of settlements are possible, including by means of transfer of bills, realization of counterdelivery, etc.
Delivery terms:subject of the contract: Delivery of equipment for work on installation of 0.4-10kv.
Scope of delivery: According to the requirements and conditions set forth in the technical specification.
Place of delivery: Kirov (region), UL. Lomonosov, 7a., or on-site to the warehouse in the territory of the Kirov region. Shipping costs are included in the cost of the product. Delivery time: To July 31, 2019 (Monthly one-time applications within 5 (five) business days from the date of application).
