Payment terms:The buyer undertakes to pay the received products by transferring money to the settlement account of the Supplier with a delay of at least 45 (Forty five) and no more than 90 (Ninety) calendar days (for the Supplier who is not a Small and Medium-Sized Business Entity) for 30 (thirty) calendar days (for the Supplier, which is a small and medium-sized business entity) after the actual receipt of the products subject to the provision of invoices and quality certificates. Invoices are provided to the Buyer within 5 days after shipment of products.

Scope of delivery: according to the requirements and conditions set out in the Terms of Reference.
Delivery place: Kirov (region), st. Lomonosov, 7a., Or on-site storage in the territory of the Kirov region.
Estimated delivery time: December 31, 2019 (within 5 (five) business days from the date of filing of the application).
