Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the buyer agrees to pay the products by transferring money to the account suspended at least 45 (forty five) and not more than 90 (ninety) days after actual receipt of products subject to the provision of invoices and certificates of quality. The invoices provided to the purchaser within 5 days after the shipment of the products. By agreement of the parties there are other forms of payment, including through transfer of bills, the implementation of counter delivery, etc.
