Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Procedure and terms of payment: Payment of 100% (One hundred) percent of the cost of the Equipment, software and TP is made by the Buyer within 14 (Fourteen) working days from the date the Buyer receives an invoice issued by the Supplier on the basis of the Consignment Note signed by the Buyer. The invoice is paid in rubles at the exchange rate of the Bank of Russia on the day the invoice is paid.
Delivery terms:The delivery time for the Equipment, software and TP may not exceed 10 (ten) weeks from the date of signing by the Parties of the relevant Specifications, unless a different period is provided for in the relevant Specification. The Supplier undertakes to notify the Buyer about the date of the planned shipment of the Equipment no later than 1 (One) business day before the day of shipment. Notification is carried out by e-mail to the address: Customer.
