Ranking of bids

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. Auto-extension

Attach a Technical and commercial offer without prices with all the characteristics of the equipment and a list with p. 4.2.1. TK "Requirements for the complete set of spare parts" and information with p. 10.2. TK "Specify in the TAP information on warranty obligations". Without the TAP, including the list with clauses 4.2.1. and clause 10.2 of the TOR, your application for participation will not be considered!

Priority is given to the purchase in rubles, at the same time, the competition provides:
possibility of submitting applications in different currencies;
* alternative applications (the opportunity to submit several proposals for a position/lots in different currencies).
IMPORTANT! Residents of the Russian Federation are required to fix the price offer for the main application in rubles, alternative KP is allowed to be submitted in foreign currency.
Proposals of Residents of the Russian Federation only in foreign currency will be withdrawn from consideration

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
