Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:scope of delivery is calculated from the annual requirement to the year 2018. Distribution between providers is reviewed every month based on the results of the evaluation of supplier performance. Evaluation criteria:
Term response;
Delivery time;
Quality of supplied products.
The volume of distribution in equal shares.
The possibility of development of 100% of the annual volume of delivery by one supplier.
