Auto-extension

Payment terms:• Payment within 30 calendar days (POSTPAYMENT) from the date of submission of documents provided for in Section 8 of the Agreement (Appendix 1 to TK).
• The payment date is considered to be the date when the funds are debited from the Buyer's checking account.
• Closing documents in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, according to the type of equipment and maintenance requirements of the equipment.

2. Procedure procedure.
1. The Procedure stage will be held electronically at the B2B-Center ETP (www.b2b-center.ru).
2. Procedure stage - closed CP collection, negotiations with companies selected according to Phase 1 results. The dates will be informed by an additional email newsletter.

This solicitation procedure does not constitute an auction or tender, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the Client's legal obligation to choose supplier.

You need to provide:
1. Signed CP (provided on the organization's letterhead in Excel and PDF format with the date, the authorized person's signature and the organization's seal) (Appendix No. 3);
2. Completed participant questionnaire (provided on the organization's letterhead in the formats: WORD and PDF with the authorized person's signature and the organization's seal) (Appendix No. 4);
3. Scan-copy of OGRN certificate;
4. Staffing table signed and stamped by the Organization
5. Scan-copy of MES license
