Payment terms:order and terms of payment - Buyer pays for the goods within 45 (forty five) days of receipt of goods in the consignment note signed by the parties TORG-12 on the basis of issued invoices of suppliers. The buyer transfers funds to the Supplier in the amount of which is determined by the Parties to the Contract Specification
