ACCEPTED TO CONSIDERING PROPOSALS FOR PART OF THE NOMENCLATURE
The request for proposals is not a tender (competition, auction) or public tender in accordance with Articles 447 449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and articles 1057 1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose obligations on the Organizer and the Customer established by the specified articles of the Civil Code Russian Federation.
The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a request for proposals at any time before summing up its results, and the Customer has the right to abandon the obligation to conclude an agreement based on the results of a request for proposals.
The participant who submitted the application with the best conditions must attach to it the maximum number of documents in accordance with clause 4.5.2 and p.6 of the Documentation for the OZP for the speedy conclusion of the contract. Forms requiring registration in third-party organizations can be submitted as soon as possible.
