Payment terms:
Payment for products is carried out by the Buyer with deferred payment for a period of not less than 30 (Thirty) and not more than 60 (Sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of products and signing by the Parties of TORG-12/UPD, provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for Products:
- The original bill of lading for Products signed by the Parties, issued in the form of TORG-12 /UPD (Universal transfer document) – 2 copies;
- The original invoice - 1 copy.;
