Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment terms: deferred payment for at least 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to the warehouse of the Miratorg Agricultural Complex.
Delivery terms:Terms of delivery: by the forces and means of the Seller to the Buyer's warehouse. The cost of delivery of the Goods must be included in the price of the Goods.
For items No. 449-614, the winners of the tender will receive packing and packing instructions from the Miratorg representative before each delivery (number of boxes, contents of boxes, information on boxes ...), the goods will need to be packed strictly according to these instructions - otherwise the goods will not be accepted.

By submitting an offer within the framework of this tender, participants automatically accept all the conditions of the Miratorg Agricultural Complex.

Participants may not refuse to supply items for which they have been given proposals within the framework of the tender or raise the price after submitting an offer. In case of refusal of delivery or price increase, participants will be included in the "black list" of companies.

In this tender, the Miratorg Agricultural Complex will take into account the prices of participants without VAT! But the deliveries will be with actual VAT.

The price must be provided in Russian Rubles, taking into account delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. The price must be fixed by 31.08.2023 for the entire volume of delivery according to the results of the tender.

The volume of purchases within the framework of the tender is indicative. Deviation is possible.
