Payment terms:
payment is made by the buyer, subject to receipt from the supplier of the invoice for payment duly issued in the name of the buyer. The buyer makes the payment in the amount of 100%, from the cost of services (works) within 30 (thirty) banking days from the moment of delivery of the goods (performance of works, rendering of services) and signing by the Parties of the act of Acceptance-Transfer (act of performance of services, works) or other Document confirming delivery (performance of services, works).
The participant of the "Request for proposals" procedure, recognized by the winner, shall, within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, open a current account in "Lanta-bank" (JSC) for the purposes of making payments under the contract, in respect of which the conclusion Request for proposals
Delivery terms:
works are performed by a single lot, forces and at the expense of the supplier. The goods must be new, not used.

The bidder must attach a commercial offer with the signature of the responsible person and on the letterhead, signed copy of the questionnaire and constituent documents (the list of necessary documents is specified in Appendix № 3).
The price offer, submitted through the functionality of the electronic trading, must correspond to the price in the commercial offer.
