2. Procedure for the procedure.
The 1st stage of the Procedure will be held in electronic form on the B2B-Center group ETP (www.b2b-center.ru ).
Stage 2 of the Procedure is a closed collection of KP, negotiations with companies selected based on the results of Stage 1. The dates of the event will be announced by an additional newsletter by e-mail.

This procedure for requesting proposals is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
It is necessary to provide:
• KP (provided on the letterhead of the organization in Excel and PDF format with the date, signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization)
• Questionnaire (provided on the letterhead of the organization in the formats: WORD and PDF with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization)
• Scanned copy of the OGRN certificate
• Staffing table with the signature and seal of the Organization
• Availability of a license of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (Scan)

IN THIS PROCEDURE, YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD A FULL PACKAGE OF DOCUMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TOR!!! (Participants who have submitted incomplete documents will be considered last).
