Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear Suppliers! You can repeatedly improve your offers before the deadline.

The following package of documents should be submitted to the KP:
1) Central selection Sheet
2) Selection Sheets with drawings (Vopa and KD).
3) Heat Engineering calculations for HK and refrigerated premises (workshop, mash. Department)
4) Table of cold consumption (with a full list of all equipment)
5) Mass Dimensions of DH
6) Mass dimensions of the electric shield
7) Size and Volume of receiver

- Template for the KP on design, installation and commissioning works
- Specification on DH
- Specification on Split-systems for NT cameras
- Annex 8

Special requirements to be confirmed by the ETP:
- Prices should be quoted only in rubles. Confirmation of value fixation in rubles to 30.10.19
- 100% deferred payment 60 calendar days for the whole lot
- The Period of readiness of equipment for shipment is 30 calendar days from the moment of order placing.
- Period of work: 30 Calendar Days
- Design Time: 14 Calendar Days
- Possibility of entering an object without a contract. Letter of Guarantee (in the form of "Thunder" JSC)

!!! If the participant does not provide a complete package of documents on request, proposals from such participants will not be considered and further inquiries of the missing documentation will not be sent.
