Payment terms: Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and signing by the Buyer of a unified form of the waybill (in accordance with TORG-12 form approved by the Decree of the State Statistics Committee of Russia of 12.25.98 N 132), provided that the invoice is received from the Supplier issued on the basis of a signed contract by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account.
