Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% deferred payment from 60 calendar days from the signing of the acts (Forms KS-2, KS-3, KS-11), (taking into account the costs of transportation, VAT or other taxes)

This procedure is not a tender, which is regulated by articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Russian Civil Code, and is not a public competition, which is regulated by articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
