2. Подробное описание комплектации указано в закупочной документации



В течение 1 (одного) рабочего дня после окончания торгов все участники запроса цен должны загрузить следующие документы:

1. Коммерческое предложение, в котором необходимо указать:
- стоимость осуществления поставок исходя из обозначенных выше условий
- срок и условия предоставляемой гарантии на продукцию;
- информацию о дате производства предлагаемой продукции;
- вид транспорта, предполагаемый для доставки продукции;
- копии документов, подтверждающих соответствие предлагаемой продукции установленным требованиям.

2. Сертификат дилера и представительское письмо на поставку данной продукции для МОФ ООО "МЕЧЕЛ-ЭНЕРГО"

3. Выписку из ЕГРЮЛ со сроком давности не более 1-го месяца

4. Баланс за 2011г. и справку формы №2 (отчет о прибылях и убытках)

5. Справка об оборотах за последние 3 (три) года

В случае отсутствия каких-либо из запрашиваемых документов, предложение рассматриваться не будет
