Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the Equipment and payment for delivery shall be made by the Buyer within 5 (Five) banking days after the date of signing by the authorized representatives of the Parties of the consignment note (UPD). The basis for payment is the invoice issued by the Supplier.
Delivery terms:Delivery of equipment is carried out within the territory of the Russian Federation at the expense and by the Supplier to the place previously agreed with the Customer before placing the order and subsequently, will be provided in the specification to the contract.
The first batch of 1 unit of product must be produced and delivered before 11/16/2020. The rest of the quantity is produced and supplied as required by the Customer. The exact terms are previously negotiated with the Customer before placing the order and subsequently, will be provided in the specification to the contract.
Georeferencing:Russia, Moscow region, Moscow
Comments:
The volume of the purchase is approximately 5 units.
Storage of the manufactured equipment is carried out on the territory (covered room) and at the expense of the Supplier for up to 6 months.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
