Payment terms:
Payment of the Item is made by the Buyer on the 60 (sixtieth) calendar day from the time of the change of ownership of the Item.
Payment of the Goods is made by the Buyer based on the original invoice, the original TRG-12 invoice, copies of the goods and transport documents made in accordance with the requirements legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
Supplier Commits to Supply New, Not Used, Goods
The supplier transports (delivery) of the Goods to its destination.
The Supplier's obligations for the delivery (transfer) of the Goods shall be deemed to be fulfilled when the Goods are transferred to the Purchaser (Consignee)
Tovor, the following accompanying documents are required:
- packing sheets;
- bundling sheets for each shipment, indicating: full and correct name, mass size (length, width, height, net/gross weight), questionnaire numbers, name of capital construction, numeric marking (information on principle: place number from total places);
- technical passports (where applicable)
- Quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the Goods
- the manufacturer's warranty obligations and the duration of the warranty obligations;
- operating instructions (where applicable);
- documents confirming the customs procedure for the issuance of Domestic Goods (applicable to Foreign-Made Goods);
- Rostekhnadzor permission to apply the Goods (where applicable).
Technical documentation must comply with the requirements set out by the relevant Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (where applicable).
Passports and instruction instructions for imported Item must be executed in Russian.
The product must be packaged to ensure that the Goods are properly protected from all kinds of damage and total or partial loss during transport and meets the requirements (specifications) for the packaging and packaging of this type.
For each packaging, the Supplier must provide a packing sheet in Russian.
The product must contain goods and special markings in accordance with GOST or TU, with mandatory information in Russian. All additional costs and losses incurred by the Buyer due to malfunctioning or mislabeling are borne by the Supplier.
