Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Goods delivered shall be made within 60 -90 days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and the invoice of the Supplier.
1. supply prices remain unchanged for the entire duration of the contract.
2. At present the offer submitted by the offeror signed the contract without controversy.
3. Transportation costs shall be included into the products price.

Delivery terms:

The vendor provides the technical file which must contain:
1. Passports and certificates of compliance for all equipment
2. Operating Instructions on all equipment;
3. Technical documentation in the form of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic (depending on the equipment design) scheme, and calculating the location of the fastening elements for loading and transportation by land and sea transport. Centering circuit (center of gravity);
vendor warranty
Supplier warrants the equipment in accordance with the terms of the warranty by the manufacturer (12 months from the date of commissioning)
Supplier warrants gratuitous elimination as soon as technically possible term defects due to his fault and detected during the warranty period, as well as replacement of parts that fail during this period.
The vendor provides the following documents:
- Be sure to give permission for the use of the Goods;
- quality certificate (if provided);
the technical documentation necessary for the use of the goods; (Passport, the instruction manual)
- a document confirming the warranty on the product, the service book;
- documents confirming the completion of all customs procedures; (If necessary)
In the case of the supply of imported equipment supplier at his own expense shall transfer all documentation into Russian.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. By their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure is necessary before the opening of the envelopes to attach all the necessary documents simultaneously with the proposal, signed by the authorized person and stamped by the participating organization of the procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
