Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Template contracts on delivery-payment for delivered goods is carried out within 45 (forty five), but not later than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Commodity form invoice as defined in annex 3 to this agreement, with subject to the timely availability of documents specified in paragraph 5.1. This Treaty, designed in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation. Template license-licensee agrees to pay the cost (s) non-exclusive license (s) to use for the term, not earlier than 45 (forty-five), but not later than 60 (sixty) calendar days from receipt of original invoice, Licensor be invoiced on the basis of which both parties signed the Act of acceptance and electronic digital keys
