1. Ask technical questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor, or the supplier providing an authorized letter or sales contract with the official manufacturer (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the application).

3. The priority offers are offers with a minimum price, full assortment and quantity of products.

4. The period of validity of the suppliers' price offer is at least 30 days.

5. The cost of products must be constant for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).

6. The offered products must comply with the declared technical requirements (see. General project data).

7. This request for proposals is not a tender (public tender) notice or
a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In this way,
The specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil law
obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason
or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants!
