Comments: The participant in the procurement procedure must meet the following requirements:
1. The absence of legal proceedings by the Participant in the procurement procedure for the amount of claims against the latter exceeding 25% of the company's equity capital (confirmed by the declaration of conformity the established requirements by filling out and submitting as part of the application for participation the form "Declaration of the Participant of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements");
2. Failure to liquidate a participant in the procurement procedure - a legal entity and the absence of an arbitration court decision on the recognition of the procurement participant - a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur insolvent (bankrupt) and on the opening of bankruptcy proceedings (confirmed by a declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling out and submitting as part of the application for participation the form & #171; Declaration of the Participant of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements");
3. Non-suspension of the activities of the Participant in the procurement procedure in accordance with the procedure established by the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses on the day of filing an application for participation in procurement ( is confirmed by a declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling out and providing as part of the application for participation the form "Declaration of the Participant of the Procurement Procedure on Conformity established requirements");
4. The Participant of the procurement procedure does not have overdue debts on accrued taxes, insurance premiums, fees and other mandatory payments to budgets of any level or state extrabudgetary funds for the last completed reporting period, the amount of which exceeds 25% of the book value of the assets of the procurement participant according to the accounting statements for the corresponding period. The bidder is considered to comply with the established requirement if he/she appeals against the existence of the specified debt in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the decision on such the complaint on the day of consideration of the application for participation in the Request has not been accepted (confirmed by a declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling out and submitting the & form as part of the application for participation in the application #171; Declaration of the Participant of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements");
5. 6. 7. A participant in the procurement procedure is not a person, place of registration, or place of residence, or place of tax residence of which is the state or territory included in the list states and territories approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in accordance with subparagraph 1 of paragraph 3 of Article 284 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (confirmed by the declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling out and submitting as part of the application for participation the form "Declaration of the Participant of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements");
8. 10. The absence of a conflict of interest between the Participant of the procurement procedure and the Customer, which is understood as cases in which the head of the customer, a member of the expert group, a member of the procurement commission, responsible for organizing the procurement procedure, are married to individuals who are beneficiaries, the sole executive body of the business entity (director, general director, manager, president and others), members of the collegial executive body of an economic company, head (director, general director) of an institution or unitary enterprise or other management bodies of legal entities participating in the procurement, with individuals, including registered as an individual entrepreneur, - participants purchases are either close relatives (direct ascending and descending relatives (parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren), full and inferior (having common fathers) or mother) brothers and sisters), adoptive parents or adopted individuals (confirmed by a declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling out and providing as part of applications for participation in the form "Declaration of the Participant of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements");
11. The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the selection of Suppliers by the Company and should not be considered as tenders in the sense of Articles 447—449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and not is a public competition regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Zapolyarye Sanatorium LLC reserves the right at any time to refuse to continue this Purchase Procedure, to change the terms and conditions of its conduct, as well as to refuse to conclusion of an agreement with the Supplier, whose offer is recognized as the best according to the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the procurement procedure are borne by the participant independently, these costs under no circumstances are reimbursed by Zapolyarye Sanatorium LLC.
