Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided, final payment upon delivery of the goods with a deferred payment of at least 60 and no more than 70 calendar days after signing the acceptance documents.
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Bidders (including several) regarding the order and timing of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Bidders.
In the case of a request for an advance payment form, it is required to provide a justification for the purpose of the advance payment by filling out an bid for participation in the procurement procedure (item 5. - form, terms and payment terms).
Delivery terms:
Delivery of the goods is made before 12/31/2024, within no more than 5 calendar days from the date of sending the bid.
Comments: The Bidder of the procurement procedure must meet the following requirements:
1. The absence of lawsuits from the Bidder of the procurement procedure for the amount of claims against the latter exceeding 25% of the company's equity (confirmed by the declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling in and submitting the form "Declaration of the Bidder of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements" as part of the bid for participation);
2. Failure to liquidate the Bidder of the procurement procedure - a legal entity and the absence of an arbitration court decision on the recognition of the Bidder Called for Bidding - a legal entity or individual entrepreneur as insolvent (bankrupt) and on the opening of bankruptcy proceedings (confirmed by a declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling in and submitting the form "Declaration of the Bidder of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements" as part of the bid for participation);
3. Non-suspension of the activities of the Bidder of the procurement procedure in accordance with the procedure established by the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation as of the date of filing an bid for participation in Calls for Bidding (confirmed by a declaration of compliance with the established requirements by filling out and submitting the form "Declaration of the Bidder of the procurement procedure on compliance with the established requirements" as part of the bid);
4. The Bidder of the procurement procedure does not have overdue arrears on accrued taxes, insurance premiums, fees and other mandatory payments to budgets of any level or state extra-budgetary funds for the last completed reporting period, the amount of which exceeds 25% of the book value of the assets of the Bidder Called for Bidding according to the accounting statements for the relevant period. 7. The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the selection of Suppliers by the Company and should not be considered as a competitive bidding process in the sense of articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
LLC Sanatorium Zapolyarye reserves the right at any time to refuse to continue conducting this Procurement Procedure, to change the terms of its conduct, as well as to refuse to conclude a contract with a Supplier whose offer is recognized as the best based on the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any expenses related to participation in the procurement procedure shall be borne by the Bidder independently, the specified expenses will not be reimbursed under any circumstances by Sanatorium Zapolyarye LLC.
