Payment terms:Buyer's payment of the delivered products shall be made within 45 (forty-five) calendar days (within 30 (thirty) calendar days for SME entities) after the signing of the consignment note by the parties and provision of the invoice by the supplier, In accordance with the requirements of clause 5 of art. 169 of the tax code of the Russian Federation (if the supplier does not apply USNO).
