Payment terms:Settlements under the Agreement are made by bank transfer by payment orders by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor within 45 (forty-five) calendar days (for SMEs - within 15 (fifteen) business days) after the Buyer's acceptance of the goods, signing the consignment note and receiving the invoice for payment, invoices from the Supplier (subject to compliance with the registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Agreement).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
