Ranking of bids

Обоснование: Документацией к Извещению была предусмотрена поставка образцов тапочек махровых и для бани. На основании требований документации Участникам направлены дозапросы о сроках поставки образцов: ООО "СНАБ ЮНИТ" (Участник 1) предоставил своевременный ответ, ООО "ИТС" (Участник 2) данный запрос просрочил, но сообщил дату поставки образцов посредством электронной почты. Результат поступивших образцов и рассмотрение их Инициатором закупки с технической точки зрения следующий:

1. Махровые тапочки: Образец Участника 1 имеют более плотную и толстую межтканевую прокладку (поролон) верха тапочек и подошвы по сравнению с образцом махровых тапочек Участника 2. Верхняя часть тапочек длиннее у образца Участника 1, чем у образца Участника 2. Бейка прошита ровно, без нахлеста и торчащих кусков ткани как у Участника 1, так и у Участника 2
2. Тапочки для бани и СПА: Участник 1 - образец полностью соответствует Техническому заданию, Участник 2 - образец не соответствует Техническому заданию (имеются торчащие куски ткани)
