2. The procedure for conducting the procedure.
1. The stage of the Procedure will be held in electronic form on the ETP of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru).
2. The stage of the Procedure is a closed collection of KP, negotiations with companies selected based on the results of Stage 1. The dates of the event will be announced by an additional newsletter by e-mail.

This procedure for requesting proposals is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.

You must provide:
1. Signed KP (provided on the company's letterhead in PDF format with the date, signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization) (appendix No. 1);
2. The completed application form of the participant (provided on the company's letterhead in the following formats: WORD and PDF with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization) (Appendix No. 2);
3. A scanned copy of the OGRN certificate;
4. Staffing table with signature and seal
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
