The procurement volumes are indicated according to statistical (approximate) needs. The actual sampling of products will be carried out on the basis of actual demand and can be either more or less than the specified quantity. The data are statistics of purchases of previous periods, are an approximate quantity and do not indicate the buyer's guarantees for the purchase of this volume during the period.
This electronic request for quotations conducted by JSC PTK Moderam is not an auction, tender or public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions until the signing of the agreement (contract) with the Winning Participant of the electronic request for quotations are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose on the Organizer - PTK JSC Moderators" of obligations in excess of those listed in the Lot conditions.
The Organizer reserves the right to select several Winners by a collegial decision of the Competition Commission without officially publishing the decision.
