Payment terms:for Payment is made within 10 banking days after receipt and accompanying documents.
The cost should include: the value of the goods, packaging of goods, cargo handling, transport costs for delivery, installation, Assembly, garbage disposal, as well as all costs of the Executive Director on the payment of taxes and other obligatory payments.
In case of violation of terms of delivery of the goods due to the fault of the executor, the customer has the right to demand from the executor a fine in the amount of 0.5% of the value of the goods delivered is not in time for each day of delay, as well as recover all damages caused by such violation.

Party request for proposals must provide:
1. Commercial offer, stamped and signed by an authorized representative of the party.
2. Filled FURNITURE EQUIPMENT specification file in excel format.
3. Profile-company information.
4. Consent to the processing and transfer of your personal data (to be completed by the head of the party, passport copy of which is available as part of an offer).
5. More experience in the supply of goods (execution of works, rendering services).
6. Letters from customers (if available).

For legal entities:
7. Certificate of State registration;
8. Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
9. Decision (Protocol) on the establishment, Foundation Agreement (if any);
10. In the current edition of the Charter and all changes thereto (if any);
11. Document confirming the authority of the head of the party;
12. Passport of the leader of the party;
13. Document confirming the authority of the person who signed the application for participation;
14. Information about the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (CPV form 1110018) with a copy of the notification of delivery reports;
15. Certificate from tax authority about absence of arrears received not earlier than 30 (thirty) days before the date of grant (subject to availability).
16. Notice on the application of a party to the simplified system of taxation (if applicable).
For individual entrepreneurs:
17. Certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur in the unified State Register of individual entrepreneurs;
18. Certificate of tax registration;
19. Documents proving the identity of the party.

Documents in terms of their design and content must conform to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Documents, including the texts of seals in foreign languages must be presented to the Russian sealed (if available) and signed by the Party or by his authorized representative.
Documents are provided in the copies certified by signature and stamp (if available).
