Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for the Product / Batch of Products is made by the Buyer within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the Product (date of signing by the Buyer of the UPD (universal transfer document) signed and sent to him by the Supplier) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account specified in Article 10 of the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:Product delivery time: from the moment of conclusion of the contract until 03/22/2024.
The Supplier undertakes to deliver the Products at a time on the terms: delivery of the Products to the place of delivery specified in the Specification of the address of the Buyer (consignee).
