Comments:
1. The Procurement Organizer reserves the right NOT to review participants' applications that are later than the deadline of the completion of the procedure, as well as not in compliance with the requirements of the procurement documentation on form and composition.
2. As a result of the procurement procedure, the winner will be invited to enter into a contract on the terms on which the purchaser was recognized as the winner (in accordance with the Customer's draft contract, as part of the procurement documentation, and the Protocol of Possible Disagreements of the Contractor).
3. The contract is on behalf of the Customer listed in this Notice.
4. If there is a disagreement on the form and content of the contract, or delay in the signing of the contract by the Winner, and consequently the absence of a signed contract on the part of the Winner procedures within 10 working days from the date of notification from the Procurement Organizer that he is recognized as the Winner, the Procurement Organizer has the right to review the outcome of the procurement procedure.
5. This procurement procedure is NOT a contest, Notification/Notice of Procurement is NOT a public offer by the Customer. The Customer/Procurement Organizer has no obligation to suppliers who have participated in the procurement procedure.
6. The composition of the Participant's bid must be consistent with the list of documents specified in the Composition of the Member's Application section of this Notice
7. The commercial offer must have the signature of the authorized person and the company seal (no CP signature and seal is not considered).
8. Files sent as part of the Participant's application must be entitled "Application for Participation", "Commercial Offer", "Statutory Documents" and so on
