Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Terms of payment: within 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of acceptance of products under the contract.
The proposal must be submitted on the organization letterhead indicating:
- full name of the organization;
- details and contact details: TIN, PSRN, OKPO, contact phone, address, e-mail;
- Validity of the proposed price;
- basic conditions for the execution of the contract (term for the provision of services, payment procedure, etc.)
- gross weight;
- place of shipment (city, region);
- delivery method;
- shipping costs with explanation are included / not included in the cost of production.
The proposal must be registered in the prescribed manner (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed.

The delivery of goods is required for the Bilibino NPP to the warehouse of the Kalinin NPP in Udomlya, Tver Region, by September 10, 2020.
