Payment terms:Оплата производится путем перечисления покупателем денежных средств на расчетный счет поставщика в течение 10 (десяти) рабочих дней с момента подписания покупателем товарной накладной на основании выставленного поставщиком счета, при наличии подписанного ответственными представителями сторон технического акта по сборке товара, но не ранее выплаты поставщиком штрафных санкций, в случае их применения к поставщику в соответствии с договором.
Delivery terms:Срок поставки товара и оказания сопутствующих услуг не должен превышать 30 (тридцати) рабочих дней с даты заключения договора. Поставка товара осуществляется одной партией (одним комплектом).
