Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1. Оплата осуществляется в безналичном порядке в виде 50% предоплаты от стоимости партии товара подлежащего поставке и 50% после поставки партии товара и предоставлении всех необходимых документов подтверждающих поставку товара в течение 14 рабочих дней.
2. В случае если настоящий Договор будет заключен с физическим лицом, в соответствии со статьями 224, 226, 228 Налогового кодекса РФ Заказчик в качестве налогового агента удержит подоходный налог в размере 13 % от суммы, подлежащей оплате по настоящему Договору и перечислит в бюджет по месту учета налогового агента в налоговом органе.
Delivery terms:
До 31.12.2017 года, отдельными партиями, по предварительной заявке Заказчика в рабочие дни с 8-00 до 16-00 часов. Срок поставки по заявке не более 5 (пяти) рабочих дней.
