Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment shall be made in a cashless form by money transfer to RFQ winner's settlement account. Calculations according to the contract between the customer and the winner of the open request for price quotation in electronic form shall be made in the manner prescribed by Regulation of the CENTRAL BANK of RUSSIA "on rules for the implementation of money transfer" from 19.06.2012 № 383 p.
The customer makes a payment for each shipment within 5 (five) working days after delivery of the shipment, invoice, merchandise signed by the parties if there are invoices or UPD (universal gear), based on the account of the winner open request for price quotation in electronic form.
Delivery terms:
goods delivery is carried out by the winner of the open request for price quotation electronically phased parties on request of the customer.
