| Payment terms: | The Buyer makes an advance payment of 30% of the delivery cost at least 10 (ten) calendar days before the agreed delivery date on the basis of the Supplier’s account. The final payment shall be made by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the consignment note (Torg-12) by both Parties. The date of payment shall be the day the funds are credited to the Supplier’s bank account. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document. |
| Documentation provision procedure: | Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
