Payment terms:
For participants belonging to small and medium-sized business entities, payment terms shall be established in accordance with clause 14 (3) of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1352 of 11.12.2014. "On the specifics of the participation of small and medium-sized business entities in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities", as well as "The list of goods, works, services purchased from small and medium-sized businesses" - no later than 30 calendar days from the moment of delivery and signing by the parties of commodity waybills on the exposed invoices.
For Participants not belonging to small and medium-sized businesses - payment is made not later than 85 calendar days from the date of delivery and signing by the parties of commodity invoices for invoices issued.
