Payment terms:	Advance payment is not provided. Delivery time is not more than 5 working days from the date of signing the specification. Deferral of payment 60 days from the date of delivery and submission of the originals of accounting documents (s-f, bargaining12) and copies of quality certificates. Other terms and conditions of payment are being considered.
Delivery terms:	Perm, st. Industrial, 84. All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the price of the product. The products must be new.

Comments: DO NOT CONSIDER POSITIONAL PURCHASE (ONLY THE FULL VOLUME). The warranty period for the product is at least 12 months 1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification). 2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time) signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant. The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days. 3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer). 4. The cost of products must be constant for the entire delivery period (written confirmation). Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:	This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
