Payment terms:Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon delivery of the Goods within 60 business days from the date of delivery and provision of the original invoices, waybills, copies of transport bills with the mark of the Consignee.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach to the bidder’s APPLICATION and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure (form attached). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Delivery Terms: delivery is carried out by forces and at the expense of the supplier to the destination.
4. By providing on request of proposals:
- Partner card;
- Application (Form No. 1);
- Commercial offer (Form No. 2);
- Certificate TIN;
- Bukh balance for 2017-2019;
- VAT Declaration for 2018-2019
- Documents confirming the quality of products by the manufacturer (passport, certificate of conformity and quality).
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Buyer.
- A letter of guarantee that the products are new, not used.
- A letter stating that the quotation has been calculated in full accordance with this request for proposals, or with information about the proposed alternative solutions (analogues).

Required Warranty Period for the Product: at least 12 months from the date of delivery.

The cost should be indicated taking into account delivery to the buyer's warehouse.

The validity of the offer of suppliers is at least 45 cal. days.

Note: this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
