Payment upon the fact, not earlier than 30 calendar days after the fulfillment of obligations for the delivery of goods (performance of works, provision of services) and signing of accompanying documents (delivery list / UPD / COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12) by the ship's crew with further transfer of originals to the Customer, no more than 45 calendar days. The Bidder can offer their own payment terms.

Comments:
This procedure is not a competitive bidding process, and also is not a public tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Articles 1057 - 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose on the Customer civil obligations to conclude a Contract with the Winner of the Call for Bidding or other Bidder of the Call for Bidding, and also does not impose on the Organizer the obligation to reimburse any damage (losses) caused to the Bidder, or any expenses incurred by the Bidder in connection with conducting or participating in the relevant procedures.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the scope, terms of delivery, delivery period, suspend and/or cancel this procedure without evaluating and/or accepting the received Offers, as well as compensating any expenses and/or losses of the Bidders, with subsequent notification of such suspension and/or cancellation of the procedure to all Bidders.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
