Comments:
1. The procedure of request for commercial offers and the tender is not an offer, auction or competition and their conduct is not regulated by art. 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code and is not a public competition and is not regulated by art. 1057-1065 of the Russian Civil Code.
2. Tender procedure is carried out in accordance with the Tender Rules of LLC "Group of Companies" Rusagro ", approved by the Order of LLC" Group of Companies "Rusagro" from 03.04.2017 № 22
3. The tender Organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the delivery of the goods at its discretion and without explaining the reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
4. The model contract is sent to the winner (s), defined during the Tender Committee meeting, which is held by the organizer of the competition procedure after the end of this procedure on the electronic trading platform B2B-center.
5. Organization/documentation not corresponding to the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the organizer shall have the right to reject without explanation and to recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the applicant, not complying with the requirements of this Competitive procedure.
6. Applicants must meet all the requirements specified in section 2 of the tender notice.
7. The period of validity of commercial offers of applicants must be not less than 30 calendar days.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
