Payment terms:
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the 45th (forty-fifth) calendar day from the date of transfer of ownership of the Goods.
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the basis of the original invoice, the original of the TORG-12 waybill, copies of shipping documents drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of goods is carried out within the time specified in the specification.
With the written consent of the Buyer, the Supplier may be granted the right to early delivery of the Goods. Payment for the Goods in this case is carried out by the Buyer in accordance with paragraph 5.1 of this Agreement. Transportation (delivery) of the Goods is carried out by road, by mail in accordance with the shipping details of the Buyer (Consignee) specified in the specification.
The supplier carries out transportation (delivery) of the goods to the destination.
By "destination" the Parties understand:
- Buyer's (Consignee) destination warehouse - upon delivery by road;
- post office of destination - for postal items;
When transporting (delivering) the Goods, the Supplier is guided by the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the transportation of goods / goods by one or another type of transport.
Transportation (delivery) of the Goods by mail is carried out by the Supplier with a description of the investment, in accordance with the Rules for the provision of postal services.
