As part of due diligence in selecting a Supplier, the Customer reserves the right to refuse the bidder for economic security reasons. Termination of this Agreement unilaterally is allowed in case of violation of the essential terms of the contract by the counterparty, with written notice 20 days before its termination. Termination of the contract unilaterally does not relieve the parties from liability for violation of the terms of the contract, if any, occurred during its validity. |

С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек.
