Требования к поставщику:1. Предоставление списка учредительных документов, утвержденных по ГК. (Приложение №1)
2. Заполнение Заявки на участие (Приложение №2)
3. Заполнение Анкеты участника (Приложение №3)
4. Коммерческое предложение (Приложение №4) должно быть заполнено по форме Заказчика и добавлено отдельным файлом в формате Excel, а также сканированная копия подписанного и отпечатанного оригинала, в котором указаны требования к Участникам закупки, условия Поставки и условия Оплаты.
5. Срок действия КП не менее 60 дней, с даты подписания протокола подведения итогов Закупки.
6. Предоставление сертификата производителя, авторизационного письма производителя, лицензии.
