Payment terms:Payments for the goods actually delivered and the services performed are made within 5 (five) working days from the date of signing the act of delivery and acceptance of services.
Delivery terms:The Goods are delivered from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 15.00 hours.
The supplier performs loading/unloading operations on its own, transporting Goods to the warehouse at the address: Krasnodar Territory, Sochi, Adler district, Lenin St., 300.
Delivery of Goods under this Agreement is made on bids for the supply of Goods, in separate batches, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The bid shall specify the name (assortment) and quantity of the delivered goods.
The delivery time for each Bid is within 14 (Fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Bid.
The Supplier must provide 1 (One) business day before the date of delivery of the Goods the passport data of the driver and the Supplier's representatives accompanying the Goods, the brand and the state registration mark of the vehicle delivering the Goods.
The Supplier must comply with the requirements of the access and on-site modes established by the Buyer.
