Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
If participants are unable to offer nitrile or latex gloves, then they are willing to consider alternative mixed formulations. For example, gloves with added vinyl, artificial nitrile, PVC. But in this case, the composition must be specified in detail in the "analogue description" field. You must attach certificates for gloves and a description in Russian with a photo to the application.

In priority (except for items No. 15-18) gloves with certificates for use in the food industry. These certificates must be attached to the application.

NOTE! The need is clearly sorted (S-XL). Participants must submit bids for all sizes that can be delivered according to Miratorg's schedule. The price for all sizes must be the same. If there is no offer in the line, then the participant cannot supply this size.


In this tender, ABH Miratorg will take into account the prices of participants excluding VAT! But deliveries will be subject to actual VAT.

PLEASE REVIEW ALL PARTICIPANTS CAREFULLY READ THE LETTER OF INVITATION. SUBMISSION OF PRICES IN THIS TENDER MEANS THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ABH "MIRATORG".

Participants cannot refuse to fulfill the conditions of the tender or raise the price after submitting the offer. In case of refusal to supply or attempts to increase prices, participants will be included in the "black list" of companies.

Please pay special attention to units of measurement. Gloves must be priced per pair.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
