Comments:
1. Forms of documents that need to be prepared and submitted as part of the Offer:
- The commercial offer with the indication of the prices taking into account delivery, contractual conditions, delivery terms, conditions of payment, terms of validity of prices;
- If the participant is not a manufacturer (certificates of the official dealer, certificate of the general dealer, certificate of the official representative, dealer, original letter from the manufacturer with authority to sell its products);
- Results of consideration of the contract of the Customer.
2. The evaluation criteria for proposals shall be:
- compliance of proposals with the technical specification (specifications) of the Customer (Appendix 1);
- offer price;
- the status of the participant (manufacturer, dealer, supplier with the warehouse);
- the agreement of the delivery contract on the Customer's form.
3. Partial quotation of the lot is allowed.
4. It is allowed to provide analogues of products, if there are technical justifications.
5. This notice is not a notice of the tender and has no corresponding legal consequences. The customer has the right to refuse all received proposals for any reason or to terminate the procedure for requesting proposals at any time without bearing any responsibility to the participants.
6. The customer reserves the right to adjust the physical volumes of the delivery until the conclusion of the Agreement and during its validity period, as well as additional purchase from the declared volume.
