Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the basis of the original invoice, the original TORG-12 consignment note, copies of shipping documents drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:1. The price of the commercial proposal must include all expenses of the Bidder related to the fulfillment of obligations, excluding VAT and taking into account transportation costs.
2. The price of a commercial offer is indicated in rubles, excluding VAT.

Comments:
- Applicants who are not manufacturers of this equipment, when submitting a commercial proposal, must attach a confirmation of an authorized dealer (dealer agreement, authorization, dealer certificate);
- When submitting proposals, the Participant must necessarily provide a package of constituent documents, according to the List. When placing proposals without constituent documents, the Participant will not be considered.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
